Rustic Reserve

Hand-picked Bulgarian berries, steeped in gin with a little sugar for three months from September to December according to British tradition, form the basis of our Limited Edition Rustic Reserve Fruit Gins.

Craft 19 Gin


Craft 19 uses the unique variety of herbs and other plants in the nature of Bulgaria in a combination of fruity, colourful, woody and citrus notes, including mountain juniper from the Rhodopes region, to produce a gin of distinctive character. The name Craft 19 comes from the number of herbs that give the soft feeling to our gin, which is perfect for drinking neat, with an ice cube, or mixed with no more than 50:50 cold sparkling or spring water.

Sloe Gin

Known in England as the Christmas Liqueur, Rustic Reserve Sloe Gin is prepared by infusing wild sloes picked from the beautiful, rolling hills of the Ludogorie, with slightly sweetened gin. The fruits stay for three months – from harvesting in September to December – when the liqueur is poured into bottles and served as a ‘digestif’ for Christmas. The rest, if any, is served all year round in cocktails.

Cornel Gin



Rustic Reserve Cornel Gin is prepared by infusing Bulgarian cornels from the Ludogorie region with slightly sweetened gin for three months – from harvesting in August to the beginning of November – when the resulting liqueur with a distinctly unique aroma and fiery red color is poured into bottles and served as a ‘digestif ’in the winter and in cocktails throughout the year.

Winter Gin



Rustic Reserve Winter Gin is prepared by hand from the fruits of Bulgarian organic aronia, harvested in August from the sunny Dobrudja region. The fruits are steeped with citrus and ginger in lightly sweetened gin for three months. The resulting liqueur is poured into bottles in early December and consumed throughout the winter as a warming ‘digestif’ and as a base for cocktails, especially with English ginger beer.

Blueberry Gin



This dark purple, deeply mysterious and very special liqueur inspires with its soft and velvety taste. It is made from wild blueberries harvested from the slopes of the Balkan Mountains at altitudes above 1500 meters, by infusing the fruit in a slightly sweetened gin for three months. Blueberry gin liqueur is bottled in October for consumption as an autumn inspiration, a reminder of the taste of summer, or as a cocktail throughout the year.

Sour Cherry Gin



A classic liqueur, based on gin and served in a modern way, sour cherry gin liqueur uses specially selected varieties of cherries that contribute to a balanced aroma and fresh taste. It is a pleasure to drink both by itself and in cocktails.
