Orders

All orders placed on this website will be confirmed within 3 working days via email. After confirmation from you, your order will be placed and cannot be cancelled.

Deliveries

All deliveries are made through Econt delivery service, either to your address or the nearest Econt office. Deliveries are made only throughout the territory of Bulgaria. If you require a delivery outside Bulgaria please contact us. Deliveries are usually made within 7 days of the order confirmation.

Payments

Payments are made on delivery direct to Econt unless invoiced. Invoiced deliveries will be made after payment is received.

  

Cancellation and Non Payments

Any cancellation of orders prior to your confirmation will be accepted. Any cancellations after this confirmation, you may be charged all of the amount and/or any costs incurred. Any non payments for any means will be collected as per the law of Bulgaria.

Other

We do not sell any of our products to minors (under the age of 18). Proof may be required.
